ReplyDeleteThat said, certain jobs cannot be performed remotely—such as doctors treating patients, performing surgeries, and mechanics repairing vehicles. While remote work has its advantages, it also comes with drawbacks. However, HRM can mitigate these disadvantages by implementing effective strategies and considering the right approaches.
